FAQ's

When should I place my order?
We recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure availability in our production calendar—especially during peak wedding seasons. Booking in advance also provides ample time for design, revisions, and printing.

How many invitations should I order?
Keep in mind that invitations are sent per household, not per individual guest. We suggest ordering at least 20% more than your estimated count to cover last-minute additions, keepsakes, or addressing errors. Once your order is finalized, quantities cannot be adjusted. Reorders are subject to a minimum of 50 pieces and may delay your timeline, so it’s best to plan ahead.

Can I see a sample before placing my order?
Absolutely. You may purchase a sample to experience our print quality, paper types, and embellishments in person. While samples are not customizable with your wording, you may request to see specific color options to help visualize your suite before ordering.

What printing methods do you offer?
We proudly specialize in Foil Stamping, Letterpress, and Digital Printing. For custom design clients, we also offer Embossing and Engraving upon request.

Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes, a digital proof will be sent to you within 3–5 business days of placing your order. Your purchase includes two complimentary rounds of revisions. Additional edits will incur a $50 fee per round.
We strongly encourage you to carefully review your proof for spelling, punctuation, and layout. Magnolia Fleur Paperie is not responsible for errors missed during the proofing process once final approval is given. We recommend having a trusted friend or family member assist in the review.

Once your approval is submitted, the design is considered final and any reprints due to client oversight will be billed accordingly.

How much postage will I need?
Postage costs depend on the size, weight, and shape of your complete invitation suite. We recommend bringing a fully assembled set to your local post office to determine exact postage before mailing.

We also suggest requesting hand-canceling, a special service where your invitations are processed manually rather than through machines. This helps protect your invitations from potential damage and minimizes ink stamps and barcodes.
